Pull-Nation is a platform owned and operated by MLM Motorsports, a legally registered business entity. MLM Motorsports is responsible for all data collection, SMS communications, and user privacy practices described in this policy.

Pull-Nation, operated by MLM Motorsports ("we," "us," or "our"), is a mobile and web application (the "Service") designed for motorsports event management, driver registration, and fan engagement. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service, including when you opt in to receive SMS text messages from us.

3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from MLM Motorsports (operating as Pull-Nation) regarding motorsports event lineups, results, and updates. SMS messages are sent on behalf of MLM Motorsports using Twilio as a messaging service provider.

SMS Opt-In Consent Statement:

By providing your phone number and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox during registration in the Pull-Nation app, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from MLM Motorsports (Pull-Nation) at the number provided.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of services. You may use Pull-Nation and purchase any membership plan without consenting to SMS messages.

SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox during account registration. It is not bundled with or required by any terms of service, membership purchase, or other agreement. Users who do not opt in to SMS will still have full access to their purchased plan and all app features.

  • Message frequency varies based on event activity (typically 1–5 messages per event).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@pull-nation.com.
  • Your phone number will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • SMS messaging is available to users in the United States only.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information — including your phone number — with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio receives only the minimum information necessary to send the message (your phone number and message content). Twilio's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

10. Terms of Service for SMS

By using the SMS notification feature in Pull-Nation, you agree to the following terms:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to opt in to SMS messages at the provided number.
  • MLM Motorsports (Pull-Nation) is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
